The prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prepaid orders within India enjoy complimentary shipping, while cash on delivery orders include a nominal service fee. We provide complimentary shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery orders include a small extra service fee for delivery. For international deliveries, a standard shipping fee and destination customs duties may apply, subject to location and destination country requirements.

The product will be hand delivered to your doorstep by our courier partners. No deliveries are made on Sundays or National Holidays.
Return, Replacement & Exchange
Customized products are eligible for return or refund only if mistakes are made by our team. For ready-made products, returns and refunds can be processed as per our policy. Please contact us with your Order ID for assistance.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or made-to-order products simply due to personal preference.
Returns, replacements, or exchanges for individual items from a set are not possible.
The return policy applies only to products with manufacturing defects or damage. For refunds or replacements, a proper unboxing video is required for review. Verified refunds are processed as store credits/gift cards.
Personalised Jewelry
Personalized jewellery is a custom-made piece that carries a name or detail unique to you or your loved ones.
It takes approximately 3–5 working days to craft and prepare personalized jewellery, followed by 5–7 working days in transit. Total delivery time is 8–12 working days.
Personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once processing starts and are not eligible for return unless a mistake is made by our team.
Every personalized jewellery order is custom-crafted and goes through a detailed quality control process, resulting in a longer preparation and delivery timeline compared to ready-made products.
