1. Orders typically get deliver within 8-12 working days. Upon shipment, you'll receive an email from us containing details of the delivery partner and tracking ID, which you can use to track your order. Upon placing your order, we require approximately 3-5 working days to prepare, quality check, and finalize the jewellery for dispatch. The delivery process typically takes an additional 5-7 working days on average. Therefore, the overall delivery time for a personalized jewellery order is approximately 8-12 working days.

1st Jan: Order is placed

1st to 5th Jan: Preparation, dispatch and shipping

5th to 7th Jan: Shipping transit time

8th to 12th Jan: Overall delivery time for a personalized jewellery order

2. Our courier partners will call prior to delivering an order, so we request you to please accept the call so that your order will be delivered on time.

3. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.

4. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your mail id or WhatsApp that will help you trace your order.

5. Customized products will only be eligible for return or refund if mistakes are made by our team. However, if it is a ready-made product, it can be returned and refunded.

7. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your Jewellery.

8. Depending on the product and how recently you have placed your order, you may be able to change your delivery address.

9. We provide free shipping for prepaid orders within India, while cash on delivery orders incur an additional charge of ₹109 for delivery within India. For international deliveries, there is a flat shipping fee of ₹1499 per order, with customs duties payable as per the requirements of the specific destination country. Please note that these charges are approximate and subject to change.

10. The product will be Hand Delivered to your doorstep.

11. The Product image/Design displayed is indicative in nature.

12. No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.

13. Orders on Cash on delivery charges are ₹109, prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.
