6️⃣ Diamond Handcrafted Jewellery (Special Timeline)
All diamond jewellery products available on our website are 100% handcrafted by skilled karigars (artisans). These pieces require extra time due to detailed handwork and quality checks.

Customers are requested to carefully check the delivery timeline before placing an order for diamond handcrafted jewellery, as these products are made exclusively on order.
2. Our courier partners will call prior to delivering an order, so we request you to please accept the call so that your order will be delivered on time.
3. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
4. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your mail id or WhatsApp that will help you trace your order.
5. Customized products will only be eligible for return or refund if mistakes are made by our team. However, if it is a ready-made product, it can be returned and refunded.
6. 7. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your Jewellery.
8. Depending on the product and how recently you have placed your order, you may be able to change your delivery address.
9. We provide free shipping for prepaid orders within India, while cash on delivery orders incur an additional charge of ₹109 for delivery within India. For international deliveries, there is a flat shipping fee of ₹1499 per order, with customs duties payable as per the requirements of the specific destination country. Please note that these charges are approximate and subject to change.
10. The product will be Hand Delivered to your doorstep.
